Zojirushi BB-CEC20 Home Bakery Supreme 2-Pound-Loaf Breadmaker

I haven’t heard anything about Zojirushi BB-CEC20 before, not until a friend of mine asked me to try it. She has nothing but good words about this product. We’re both bread fanatics, and baking bread is our way of bonding. We were supposed to have our usual bread making sessions last month at my home when my bread maker got busted. That’s when we decided to have it in her kitchen instead. She used the Zojirushi BB-CEC20 that time, and I was so impressed with its performance.

I was at awe at how easy she uses this thing. I was even amazed after seeing the great results. The bread she baked has very fine texture, and the bread is huge. It was a 2 pound loaf of Gluten-free bread! And yes, the machine is a gluten-free bread maker as well. It was really that good. This good experience prompted me to buy the product online and after about a week of waiting, it got delivered on my doorsteps. The moment it arrived, I used it right away to bake my bread recipe and I was really happy with the results, and my family even said that it was the best bread I had ever baked so far!

I’ve been using this product for more than two weeks now, and so far I haven’t had any problem with it. In fact, I enjoy baking bread on it so much, that it’s now my favorite hobby. I love the fact that my family enjoys eating the delicious and fresh bread I bake for them everyday.

The machine is equipped with two kneading blades, that will thoroughly mix the ingredients and knead the gluten-free dough very well. I was also thrilled to know that it has a viewing window that allows you to keep an eye on what you are baking inside. It also allows you to choose among three crust shades. There’s the light, medium and dark. Also, you could bake many different varieties of bread on it. This is because it has 10 pre-programmed settings that will let you bake so many different kinds of bread, doughs, cakes and even jams! So far, I love the gluten free bread recipe.

I especially love the double ended measuring spoon and tablespoon that comes with it. It also comes with an 8-ounce measuring cup, as well as a good recipe book. I actually got most of my recipes from this book, and they are just delicious. Well, my family could attest to that. When I first got it, I had no clue on how to use it and thought of calling my friend to help me with it. I'm afraid that it is a bit complicated, but then I was delighted to found out that it did come with a DVD that has all the instructions on how to use the bread maker. The instructions are so clear and easy to follow. So everything went all right.
