I decided to buy the West Bend 41300 to replace my very old bread maker that got busted. I was really happy with my decision because the product works really well. I love the fact that it comes with two kneading blades and the most important thing of all is - the thing can make gluten free bread and even low carb bread recipes! That is why I recommended this product to friends that are into a gluten free diet. I did a lot of research about the West Bend 41300 before I actually decided to purchase it. Although there are other bread makers that have great reviews there is no way I'd be spending a large amount of money just to own a bread machine. And while most of these expensive bread makers are equipped with the necessary features for a good gluten-free bread machine, it lacks the most important thing - the ability to bake large loaves of bread. For me, a good bread maker should be able to accommodate large sizes of bread loaves. I love that the West Bend 41300 could make up to 2 1/2 pound of bread. It has 11 pre-programmed settings - Basic, Dough, Quick, Whole Wheat, French, Super Rapid, Sweet, Bake, Jam, Sandwich, and Home Made. What is great about the machine is that you could set the timer. You have the option to delay the time by up to 12 hours and 58 min., which makes it possible for you to take a nap and wake up to the smell of fresh, delicious homemade bread. It also comes with a large viewing window and a removable non-stick pan for ease of cleaning. It even comes with measuring cups, measuring spoons and a handy kneading blade. With its horizontal-shaped loaf pan and dual blades, making bread is just so easy. And while baking, you could have a view of the whole baking process through the large viewing window. This would help you get updated on how the whole baking process is going. You could even program it at your own specifications, because it comes with a custom profile for homemade breads. So far, I love my West Bend Hi-Rise bread maker. The breads I have made using this machine were so far the easiest and the tastiest loaves I have ever baked in my entire life. I just prepared the necessary ingredients needed. I place them all inside the pan, press the button and leave it baking in the kitchen while I do other chores. After less than an hour, I went back to my kitchen and smelled the aroma of freshly baked bread. I am really thrilled with this machine. The price is just right, knowing that it comes with a handful of features. And now that I know it's this easy to bake bread, I'll surely be baking several more breads next time. So if you ask me whether or not I'll recommend this product? The answer is a big YES! |
