Breadman TR2500BC Ultimate Convection Breadmaker: A Gluten-free Review

I'm used to baking bread on my own, so I was searching online for the best bread maker available, until I ran into the Breadman TR2500 and was convinced that this is the product I was looking for. So I bought one and got mine a week ago. So far, I am so impressed with the way it works. I haven't encountered any problem, or whatsoever. I have used it three times already and I was really satisfied with the way it works. The machine has all those features I was expecting from an automatic bread maker, and even more. Well, what is important is that it has a gluten free setting, perfect for people like me that is on a gluten-free diet. Not only that, it also has options for low-carb bread, cake batter, jam, pizza, bagel, and pasta-dough. It can even be set to run for up to 24 hours, right after all ingredients are loaded to it. This feature allows you a degree of flexibility. Some other bread makers I know can only be set for up to 13 hours. And if in case you forgot to add an ingredient to the bread you’re baking, you just have to pause it! Yes, you heard it right, it has a pause button.

What also impressed me the most is the very unique feature it has - the patented fruit, nut, and herb “add-in” dispenser. This thing makes the whole baking process so convenient and what's great is that you can even view the whole baking process through the see-through window that was on the removable lid. Furthermore, this product now comes with a new convection feature and that it has more than 300 program combinations! And there was one time when I was baking, we have experienced some power failure at home. I was really surprised to know that it has a 60-minute power failure back-up! It is really great.

I would highly recommend the Breadman TR2500 to everyone - especially those that are on either a gluten-free or a low-carb diet.
